If you are unsure if your plan covers acupuncture, please call your plan ahead of your appointment to check your coverage--you are responsible for any fees incurred that are denied or not included in your coverage.
Standard copays are due at the time of treatment. Herbs are not covered by insurance and must be paid for at the time of treatment. At present, we do not accept debit/credit cards; cash and checks are fine.
